About the Author
Frances Cannon is a writer, editor, educator, and artist based in Edinburgh, Scotland and Burlington, Vermont. She is the Mellon Science and Nature Writing Fellow at Kenyon College, and the author and illustrator of several books including Walter Benjamin Reimagined (MIT Press) and Fling Diction (Green Writers Press). Her interests span botany, mycology, the climate crisis, and the intersections of science writing with creative practice.
